Questions to Ask A Potential Wedding Location, or Hall.

Ask yourself the following questions:
What's the decor like? Will we have to spend a lot of money on flowers and decorations to make it beautiful?
Do I like the person I just spoke with?
Questions To Ask them:
· Do you have insurance?
· Do you have an in-house caterer, if yes, may we sample the food?
· Do you have a limitation on what caterers we may use?
· Do provide adequate bathroom facilities for our guests?
· Do you have a liquor license? Will you allow us to bring our own liquor? (This is usually cheaper)
· What's your cancellation policy?
· Is there a payment schedule? What kind of deposits are required?
· What are your overtime charges?
· Is there room for a band and/or dancing?
· Is there a space for the bride and groom to change and/or relax?
· What’s a good area for photographs?
· Who will be supervising/managing on the day of your wedding? Can you meet them now?
· Where may guests park? Are there extra fees for parking? Do you offer valet parking?
· What might be the limitations on what decor we can have?
(For outdoor locations) Do you have a backup plan for rainy days? If not, is it possible for a tent to be put up?
